He has worked in several teaching hospitals in the UK and relocated to Australia 15 years ago. He obtained the fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2006 and has worked as an ENT Specialist in Australia since.
Dr Samuel undertakes all aspects of adult and children’s ENT and has a particular interest in:
- Paediatric ENT surgery
- Nasal surgery, endoscopic sinus surgery and snoring surgery
- Ear surgery including excision of exostoses and mastoid surgery
- Facial skin cancer surgery
- Benign and malignant head and neck surgery
- Salivary gland surgery
- Laryngeal surgery
- Pharyngeal surgery including tonsillectomy

Dr Donald Pitchford MBBCh, FCSOrth, FRACS is an experienced Orthopaedic Surgeon.
Dr Pitchford gained his Medical Degree in 1977 from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa. He went on to the College of Medicine of South Africa and completed his Fellowship in 1990. Following this, Dr Pitchford was a lateral entrant Orthopaed
Dr Donald Pitchford MBBCh, FCSOrth, FRACS is an experienced Orthopaedic Surgeon.
Dr Pitchford gained his Medical Degree in 1977 from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa. He went on to the College of Medicine of South Africa and completed his Fellowship in 1990. Following this, Dr Pitchford was a lateral entrant Orthopaedic trainee at Royal Brisbane Hospital in 1999 and passed the FRACS fellowship exam at the end of 1999.
Dr Pitchford was the Director of Orthopaedic Surgery at Mackay Base Hospital for three years and at the Gold Coast Hospital for over 18 years.
Dr Pitchford undertakes all aspects of minor adult and children’s orthopaedics. He has a particular interest in:
- Simple fracture management via weekly fracture clinic
- Carpal tunnel release
- Ingrown Toenail resection
- Trigger Finger surgery
- De Quervian
- Skin tags and Skin cysts
- Incision and drainage of an abscess
- Joint effusions
- Joint injections

Dr Nishlan Pillay is an Australian trained consultant gastroenterologist and hepatologist. Graduating in Medicine from the University of Sydney, he completed his gastroenterology and hepatology training at Westmead Hospital and completed a further year at Bankstown Hospital. He has been a Staff specialist at Blacktown Hospital and is currently a Staff Specialist with the Central Coast Local Health District.
Dr Pillay has a broad range of interests encompassing all aspects of gastroenterology and liver diseases. with a particular interest in colorectal cancer screening, inflammatory bowel disease and functional gastrointestinal disorders including IBS and motility disorders. His practice encompasses the management of reflux disease (including Helicobacter Pylori resistance), the investigation of abnormal liver tests and the management of chronic liver disease. Dr Pillay is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of Physicians (RACP). He has been granted accreditation and re-certifications in colonoscopy and gastroscopy by the Conjoint Committee for the Recognition of Training in Gastrointestinal Endoscopy. He is a member of the American Gastroenterology Association (AGA) and a member of the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases (AASLD).
