Partner with Us to Improve Safety & Quality

At Gosford Specialist Day Hospital, we are committed to delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care with kindness, respect, and compassion.


Our Partnering with Consumers Committee brings together patients, carers, community members, and staff to ensure consumer voices help shape every aspect of care — from design to delivery and evaluation.

We welcome people with diverse life experiences who can share insights from their own healthcare journeys to help us continuously improve.


What We Look For in Consumer Partners:

  • Commitment to safe, high-quality, person-centred care
  • Willingness to speak openly and listen to different perspectives
  • Ability to draw on personal or family healthcare experiences to inform solutions

How You May Contribute:

  • Participate in focus groups or committee meetings.
  • Review patient information and resources
  • Provide feedback on policies, processes, and improvement initiatives.


Feedback is welcome on an ad hoc basis and committee meetings are held biannually.


You will be supported at every stage of your involvement to ensure your contribution is valued and impactful.
