If you are currently a patient in hospital with a complaint or a concern, we encourage you to discuss this with your Nurse or Hospital Manager, so we can immediately address the issue.

Approximately one week after your discharge you will be emailed a copy of our Patient Experience Survey. The feedback we receive from this survey helps us to know what we are doing well, and how we can improve our service for all patients and their visitors.
