If you are referring a patient for an Iron Infusion, Aclasta infusion, Anti-emetic or IV Fluids, a letter from the GP or a Specialist is required. We would appreciate the inclusion of investigation reports.

For Iron and Aclasta Infusions, please kindly provide your patient with a script, which the patient should fill and come along with to the appointment

IV Antibiotic Therapy

If you are referring a patient for an IV Antibiotic therapy, a letter from the GP or other Specialist is required. We would appreciate the inclusion of investigation reports.

For IV Antibiotics Therapy, we stock the following antibiotics

Cefazolin
Clindamycin
Ceftriaxone
Benzyl Penicillin
Flucloxacillin
Tobramycin

IV Antibiotic can be provided over the required number of days for treatment and may require the patient to come in for consecutive days.
