The Internal Medicine team, comprised of Dr Sahil Vohra, Dr Clinton Colaco, and Dr Winston Thai, specializes in providing comprehensive care for adults. Dr Clinton Colaco is an Infectious Diseases Physician with additional training in General and Acute Medicine. He completed his MBBS at Bond University, followed by a Masters of Medicine (Internal Medicine) at the University of Sydney. He completed Physician Training across Western and South-Western Sydney hospitals.
He currently practices in a number of hospitals and provides telemedicine consultations across Australia.
Dr Colaco has an interest in core infectious diseases (including TB, HIV, Hep B&C) and hospital-based infectious diseases. He also sees infections related to sexually transmitted, bone and joint, cardiovascular and device-related, complex intra-abdominal surgeries, as well as infections in the immunocompromised host and critical care.
He is dedicated to delivering high quality, evidence-based care to his patients, through effective communication, utilisation of available resources and compassionate patient care.
He is involved in multiple local and international clinical trials and primary research. He has a passion for teaching medical students and currently holds the title of Conjoint Associate Lecturer with the University of Sydney and Griffith University.
Outside of medicine, Dr Colaco enjoys keeping fit through sports and advocating for doctors in professional bodies.
Dr Thai is a internal/general medicine specialist and currently a staff specialist at both Liverpool hospital for general and acute care medicine and Gosford Hospital Medical Assessment Unit.
His expertise is in internal medicine which encompasses diagnostic dilemmas, undifferentiated presentations including pain/MSK pain/joint pain, shortness of breath, febrile illnesses, and also assessment and management of complex multi-comorbid conditions e.g. diabetes, heart failure, COPD etc.
He completed his MBBS 2013 and worked as a medical registrar in Queensland at various hospitals including Gold Coast University Hospital, Robina hospital, Redlands hospital and Logan hospital, then moved to NSW to do general medicine advanced training at Nepean Hospital, Blacktown hospital, Royal North Shore Hospital and Coffs Harbour Hospital.
He received FRACP end of 2022. Currently conjoint lecturer at UNSW, and previously conjoint lecturer at University of Sydney and Griffith University and part of Internal Medicine Society of Australia and New Zealand.
Dr Sahil Vohra is an Internal Medicine specialist with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degree from Saurashtra University, Gujarat, India in 2002. He then completed his physicians training (MD Internal Medicine) at Saurashtra University before moving to Australia in 2006.
Dr Vohra has spent the majority of his time training in acute and general care medicine. During his physician training, he also spent time in geriatrics, palliative care, nephrology and cardiology. Dr Vohra gained broad experience in managing complex post-operative patients during his work as an ICU trainee.
With his broad range of experience in internal medicine and intensive care, he has special interest in perioperative medicine and rehabilitation.

Dr Sahil Vohra currently provide inpatient and outpatient care across various hospitals. Face to face outpatient appointments and telehealth or video call consultations are also available.
Outside of medicine, he enjoys spending time with his family and riding his bike around the surrounding suburbs.
